Following the Ninja reference, here's Avy's.I might have made her poncho/cloak/cover too small. Whatever.
Oh and don't worry about that last name, I googled up a random swordsmith or whatever, ignore it.
Anyway, I guess I should do Duffel's next...

First and foremost, I will say this is an awesome drawing. I will also say that you definitely make some nice and various outfits, including accessories and ways to make the clothes look more individual.
The overall design is very good as well. The detail is very good, and you make sure to point out each and every unique detail about her design. I really can't see many flaws in her design. Everything's perfectly in proportion to my eyes.
Overall, this is a wonderful piece, and I honestly hope people will be inspired to draw her for days and months, even years to come.

The costume design is what you want critiqued, mostly?
It's a bold, recognizable sillouhete, which is good. High-contrast colors. Simple and easily reproducable, which is always a good thing, but detailed enough to be interesting.
As for the character anatomy itself, I find no fault with it on it's own. That being said, you have a tendency to re-use the same athletic body types, from what I've seen. Try making a scrawny girl, a curvy girl, a buff girl, and a chunky girl just for practice.
Your work has so far been excellent. Keep it up!

To be completely honest I just started leaving that on for whoever wants to give some random critique...
Anyway yeah, I don't draw many other builds. I also seem to only have bishonen male characters...
