Pandora is a mysterious being. She has a wide array of powers, which allow her to do whatever she wants most of the time... However, she is chained to her box which she can't move by herself. Basically, she needs another person to carry the box around if she wants to go somewhere.

So she waits in her chest, waiting for someone to find it...

Her personality is mischievous and her use of abilities kinda make her like Genie from Disney's Aladdin; she can mess with stuff, create things out of thin air (such as the confetti and balloons and such, not that they're her signature things, they're just here for decorative/celebratory purposes), and occasionally break the 4th wall. However, finding her box does NOT get you free wishes.

I mean, unless you're a nice person she likes and if she feels like helping you with some problems. Most of the time she's just a tag-along mischief-maker.
