haha i'll make it easy for you, I'll get a pair of stocks attach them horizontally on the edge of the bed lock your ankles in them that way your soles are facing upwards and i can lay on the bed and have perfect accessβ to your feet.
By then you have no other option but to take it cause you can't move.
