So I found a disc of Kid Pix 4 for $1 at the Salvation Army (pretty sure they support gay people now so it's ok) and OMG the nostalgia
i used to spend hours drawing things in kid pix 3 as a kid, on one of my dads old desktops in the spare bedroom
there are so many crazy brushes it's awesome

process:
-crop the background image of a highway in photoshop, then save it as a bmp
-import backgrouund into kidpix
-draw your dude on top of the background
-fuck around with the mixer tools to get totally 90s vhs effect
