It's like one of those things you see out in the open. It's cute, it looks interesting, but you know better than to come within a yard of it.
His look is charming, yet chilling at the same time. Like you're staring a monster in the face saying, "Look - aren't you cute! I think I'll run away now!"

The look you achieved with this character is chilling. I feel strangely attracted by it, like a bad dream because I know it would eat my throat out the moment I got close to it. Since you indicated this is a sketch, likely you dont care that your pencil shading is not consistent or smooth. Neither do I.

This is... incredible. I love the style and the lighting. My only complaint (I always have complaints) is that the style is a little too much like Tim Burton's (well, he IS Jesus, but you know what I mean). The name, the little hood and the scythe go really well together, and I really admire your talent. So... how old are you? Anyway, I'd love to see more of this character.

I am legally twelve, and in grade nine with a few grade ten level courses. But...kindly don't judge me by my age. Most people who have only met me offline think I'm actually in grade eleven, and most won't believe me when I tell them I'm only in grade nine and I didn't fail something (let alone the fact I actually skipped a grade and a half, damnit)
I'll just say I'm technically fifteen and leave it at that.
Tim Burton's an awful guy to get addicted to.

No, I actually tried with this one. I hate using brushes, because anyone can do it. The background was done with a mechanical pencil.

The grin is creepy, like a demented baby smiling with glee while he holds up a hand to you the remains of something he just squashed into the ground.
I haven't told you this yet: I think that the "lines" - I don't know what else to call them - that you leave on the backgrounds of your work really adds to the feel of the picture. There's hardly any white in your sketches, and it makes the drawing seem complete and whole. The shadows that look like burn marks, or the "scratches," really add character.
