I see. Can you tell me what do you eat? and how often per day?

For workout, cardio plus weight lifting?

I eat six small meals a day, instead of 3 large ones. Very heavy on protein, very light on carbs, mainly just fruit and veggies. I don't eat any rice, pasta, sugar, potatoes... i.e. no fast carbs, those make you fat.

And yes, I do Cardio twice a week, and weights 4 times a week.

awesome man! that's almost what I'm doing but yours is more extreme. Thanks a lot for your information! I really appreciated it.

quick question, right now I'm semi fat and my chest is a little bit chubby. I do not want to get my chest muscular and bouncy (round).

I want it to be lean and small (flat).

Do I do bench press heavy and slow(90pounds = both arms) for 10 reps? or light and fast(40pounds = both arms) for 30 reps?
or is there any other solutions?

Go heavy or go home, going heavy is the best way to build overall mass. Also, where is your chest laking? Upper chest, middle, or lower chest? I personally really target upper chest since it is an area of weakness for me.

I see.

Well, right now i'm still have some amount of fat in my body. I was 185 pounds back in July 2011, 175 pounds in January 2012, 170 pounds in March 2012. Then I join the gym and do cardio/weight training, I become 155 pound currently.

I still have fat all over my body that needed to be getting rid off. I think my chest looks big just because it still has fat on it. I'll just have to workout more and do Heavy weight like you said to get a muscle. It should look fine.

I haven't really focus on which part of chest I should go for. All I do for Chest are "Peck deck butterfly" "Sitting bench press machine".

Soon I'll probably try out the normal bench press. I notice people do tilt the way they lay on the table to get different workout.
- tilt head down to get the lower chest muscle
- tilt feet down to get the upper chest muscle

That's all I know so far but I'm getting there!

Thanks again for your concern. What's your name by the way? My name is Nattapol. I'm Thai.
