It finally happened ... Somewhere in the sleepy haze of my brain I encountered ... sanity *shiver*
I got the kick to the head I needed to realize if I don't fix this insomnia thing, I am going to burn out in my first semester of grad school. I've been going to bed before midnight every night this week and getting up on time. I just need to be strong, and turn off this devil-box of internet at least an hour before bed
Transformers belong to HasTak. I paid them with my sanity and I do NOT want it back.

You have insomnia? Come visit--I've got two kids and their toys who never, NEVER sleep. They'll either tire you out enough to sleep, or that Kre-O Jazz I built will have what little sanity you have in that lingerie drawer he likes to kick the regular TFs that share my dresser with him into (no lie--Streetwise and Deadend were in there for a WEEK before I found them nestled in my -- ahem--things).

Most of us do -- the only reason I found them at all is that my son likes things with cups and elastics to make as rides and traps with his hot wheels tracks (we took away the scissors, batteries, and tools after the microwave/Wheeljack incident). He yanked the elastic 'thing' out, the bots went flying and crashed into Prime's Kre-O trailer (for the 8th time that things' gotten destroyed and is now in the laundry bin in pieces where its gonna STAY cause I'm sick of fixing it!).

Insomnia sucks. I'm sorry you're suffering from it lately. It seems to snowball when it happens. Why can't insomnia just happen one night in a row, and not sixty?

Yeah, I think the rest of that conversation went something like that. Suffice that the encounter with sanity was enough to scare me away from being conscious at 4am again anytime soon

Omg, I know what you mean. @_@ I don't EVER get on Tumblr on school nights. I just don't allow myself to. Because I will pull an all-nighter just to watch the glowing box in front of me and "tumbl" through Tumblr. It's awful how addictive this internet is! IT'S WAY BETTER THAN DRUGS.
