Thundercracker not liking Starscream is canon. Watch "Fire On the Mountain" if you don't believe me.
Doing these strips is helping me figure out the heirarchy and personalities of my individual TF figures. Most act like their cartoon or movie versions, but a few seem to have different personalities...
Among the TCs, G1 TC seems to be a fatherly figure, looking after the other TCs. Robot Heroes TC and Titanium TC, being smaller, act more like little kids than anything. Henkei TC's personality is pretty close to canon, while Cybertron TC is mostly loud and obnoxious. Armada TC seems a bit aloof and reserved, and mostly hangs out in the background. (Being one of the tallest figures in the collection could have something to do with that...)

The personality Iβve seen most people give him is, second in the trine to starscream, more mature than both scream and warp, and overall kind of a tired father role (think, βkids messed up again, gotta go take care of itβ)

Heh, nope, TC and Screamer don't get along. At one point TC's even willing to let Skyfire destroy Megatron's "ultimate weapon" just to get Starscream in trouble. XD

I know I find the idea of Starscream as leader a little frightening. Someone as self-centered as Starscream would probably be a pretty bad leader...

Starscream as a real leader is not a pleasant thought. I mean he did lead temporary at one point in G1 and that was not for long before everyone began to complain, so it would probably be a real horror if there was no Megatron to put him back in place. After all even cruel dictator-mechs needs to (or at least pretend to) care a little for their troops or it won't work at all. And "Iβm the prettiest, follow me!" isn't exactly a good excuse for becoming leader either

I can see that scaring little TC's. Especially if he told them they were killed by Starscream(and the other Decepticons) before he became the leader. NIce, and I think that the TC's personalities fit from your authors comments section.
