Remembered how to draw dragons so I drew darkstalker

I haven’t drawn wof in so long (he looks a little young but who cares)
I need to reread the second arc for the fiftieth time, it was by far my favorite

Darkstalker is one of the best-written villains, a villain second only to scarlet

Nightwings are overrated, but he’s one of the better ones

if foeslayer went with a more peaceful name from the beginning, I don’t think it would’ve changed how he ended up. He had too much power to begin with. Too much power could corrupt anyone, and the fact that he was born on three moons didn’t help much.

That makes me wonder how qibli would’ve ended up if he accepted darkstalker’s offer of becoming an animus himself. It wouldn’t have ended well for him, since darkstalker would’ve probably put him on a leash and used him as a toy to stop winter, moon, kinkajou, and turtle from annoying him. Going back around to the too-much-power thing, if someone like qibli had been born with all that power too like he had wished, he would’ve turned out the same way as darkstalker, since we see some of qibli’s own selfish desires in darkness of dragons

I’m kind of disappointed that wof ended, since a spin-off series on peacemaker, cliff, and auklet could’ve been awesome. It would’ve been pretty cool to see if peacemaker would gain his memories of darkstalker back one by one and see it as a conflict of sorts

Tui’s original plan of a zombie-clearsight in talons of power and darkness of dragons would have honestly been so cool too
