Nearly all of the NPCs in Rhythm Heaven: Megamix! (Excluding Barista, Rupert, and the Gatekeeper Trio (I was tempted to do saltwater though, because he's the best))

Rather than submitting them separately, I put them all on one deviation to avoid pesky spamming!

OK I REALLY NEED TO SAY THIS: I REALLY LOVE TIBBY'S MOM'S CONCEPT OF BEING A QUEEN AND THE CASTLE, BUT WOMAN, YOU NEED TO EASE UP ON THE DECORATION. TOO MUCH GLITTER CAN BE A BAD THING.

Tibby's Mom was pixelled 75-85% of the process through mouse. There were just some things I couldn't reach without the tablet. I also rushed her shading a bit, sorry! :[

Overall, I have mixed to positive feelings for this, but I hope you all like them!
