I really wanna make a bad pun here.You have no idea.
Like seriously.
Anyway, I actually started this picture a year and a half ago at my friend Nik's house cause he wanted me to design him as a dragon. And since he's a bully to me (and a hoe) I drew him all mischievous like.
Cause we were always up to no good. XD
Quickly outlined and shaded this maybe took an hour and a half cause of distractions.
And Nik liked neon colors.
