Description Here's a little project I've been working on for a little while - the 'Advanced Marine Expeditionary Vehicle', inspired by the American Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle project which never came to fruition.

Still to do are more variants, more modules, and a detailed writeup and series of statistics. This has taken a while though, so I thought I may as well post it while it's a work in progress.

Just an FYI its nice but the EFV was canceled it was too expensive and ineffective.

I know. Luckily actual cost isn't a concern when designing hypothetical weapons.

As for effectiveness, I'll admit to now knowing everything about it. It did look like it had some pretty interesting features, but it's possible the EFV wasn't as good a vehicle as it looked.

Well the EFV was to heavy it didn't have the flexibility is was meant to have and was constantly having cost over runs. It was given to many demands and that killed practicality.

This is awesome. Love the detail and the thought. I can totally see you designing an entire range of units one day.

Thanks.

I probably will end up designing a range of units, yeah; after all, I've already done a few others.
