Hey there, I have been so lazy these past weeks that I couldn't submit anything, let me make it up to you
I made this guy for the cover of the Dragon Chronicles series by Susan Fletcher, Ancient, Strange & Lovely. [link] This one is for the paperback edition.They originally asked for a dark creature in a dark cave setting but eventually they found the cover too "dark", so then I had to come up with a brand new approach. But the first cover didn't go to drain, I polished it up nice and clean and I will submit it next week.

I could not figure out why I was so mesmerized by him until read just now he graced the cover of The Dragon Chronicles. I ran back to my bookshelf and sure enough, there he was. Magnificently beautiful.

I bought the book. Came in the mail yesterday, The second my mom saw the cover, she wuz all "hey! That's a cool looking dragon." And mom don't say that often. I wuz equally impressed with it, favorite dragon so fa. Been admiring the cover all freakin' day, can't get over how real it looks. The tittle of the book even fits how the dragon looks, to a human It WOULD look ancient, strange,and lovely. Well done.
