Description
I saw this and thought I might try a R'lyeh of my own.-Edit: tried to re-scan. Meh. Just doesn't look as good as it does on paper.

Hi,
I like this very much. It's been a while when I read Lovecraft, but the concept "non-euclidean" means the same in my head, and I think you grasped the idea very well.

Nicely detailed and shaded. I really like the style and structure. Very imaginative.

Whoa, that's a huge compliment right there. Thank you! And yeah, the descriptions of R'lyeh always made me think of Escher-styled paradoxes

I always like seeing different people's idea of R'lyeh. Nice work.

1. Agreed, many of my digital stuff looks better on paper.
2. It is still a good image because of atmosphere and detail. Not too bad.
3. R'yleh and the Dreamlands may not have been described in the stories very well.

1. Yeah, all a matter of scanner really...
2. Thank you.
3. Well, I guess the author left a lot to the reader's imagination with them..

Yea. Writers of fiction tend to do that.
