Here we see the strength and weakness of being human. Mandy finally decided to act. Using her knowledge she conscribed grim to fuse permeantly with her. She was surprised when he caved so easily.  And thus used the juice of bonding and became one with most of Mandy in control. 
Billy on the other hand just wanted to drink the juice because he thought it would taste good. He even gave some to Irwin. And thus the two fused completely with each other 
Mandie had become what she wanted a powerful creature that sewed fear into anything she came across. While Bilwin on the other example had seeming lost power. Due to now having a modicum of fear when in new situation. 
However Mandy had a flaw inside her and that flaw was her sense of control. She thought that she could out maneuver or outright strong-arm any one or thing now that she had the power. Sadly she learned to late that death is bound by iron clad rules on what he can and can't do.  All the oaths, obligations, and the duty of being the reaper of all that lives is now complete hers to be bound by with no way out for her.
Bilwin on the other hand. Has become one of the strongest beings to exist. Billy for all his flaws not willing to change was not one of them. Coupled with Irwin's desire for change the two slowly over time became stronger. Billy's curiosity was tempered with Irwin's understanding. Irwin's fear was bolstered by Billy's uncaring desire to be where the action is. And their powers of the mummy the vampire and the ability to walk into and out of anything made them strong beyond measure.
To top it all of for Mandie she is now nothing more than a servant to not only the universe but to Bilwin to as she must be friends with him forever now. But that is not the worst of it. No the worst is that Bilwin has taken the love Irwin had for Mandy and Billy's respect for Mandy and has become a even stronger love for her than it was alone with Irwin.  For you see she knows about Grimm's ultimate desire. To love and be loved in return. And has begun to feel it. For she is falling for this big lovable duffus.
Bilwin merely smiles as once again his love blushes like a little school girl. Wondering when she will realize not only her true feelings but the fact that he has been on a quest to find powerful object to help him take over the world for her. Ruling the earth as husband and wife really appeals to him these days.
