Finally 'finished' Sirei's reference for . I redrew her basic form (still cant remember who the pose if from ) Eventually I will redo her power.

Forgot to add that she travels through space in a ball of energy. 'Space' meaning both outer space and any open space on a planet.

Senshi Name: Guardian Sirei (Dont ever call her Sailor Sirei. She hates it.)

Special abilities:

Teleportation: Keri closes her eyes and focuses her mind on an image of the place she wishes to be. Her body de-materializes from one place and re-materializes at the place that was in her mind.

Energy Floating (weak name is weak ):

----In Outer space A ball of energy surrounds her body and creates the perfect atmosphere for her body to survive. The ball absorbs any energy sent at it.

---- On a planet The ball of energy is turned into a disc and is able to support her weight. It is used when she must travel a great distance. Sometimes used when she is in a crowded area to get her away from the crowd. (She suffers from Ochlophobia: fear of large groups of people)

Backstory/ Personality:

Keri is usually very quiet and observant. She observes people and analyzes their behaviors before interacting with others. She is very diplomatic and judicious, although can be very brazen and abrupt with her words. There isn't much in life that she cares about obtaining. Very little is known about Keri as a civilian since the majority of her time is spent as the guardian working to protect the planet.

Keriuri has been the only guardian of Sirei since the planet first came into existence. At the present Earth year (2012), she has lived 1156 lives, numerous on planets other than Sirei. When born elsewhere in the universe, at the moment she becomes the guardian again Keri must return to Sirei and leave all those that she has ever known in that life behind.

Constantly being forced to leave loved ones has caused, Keri, to close off her heart. She has become unsociable, additionally she looks to no one for help. When born into a new life, Keri, has no recollection of being a guardian, however, she regains all of her memories from every life she has ever lived once she has her powers again. Even at a young age in her new life, Keri, would not allow herself to become attached to anyone. A small part of her remembers that one day she will have to leave everyone.

Keri is exceptionally loyal to her planet though not necessarily to the people. There are times when the general population's wishes were in conflict with what is right for the land. When those times came about, Keri, made sure that what is right for the planet prevailed.

Much of her time is spent attending meetings with the royal family and the Council of Elders to discuss laws and politics. When not in meetings she travels around the planet to make sure that no harm is brought to it from anyone, including humans. If the Council is considering passing a law that would harm the land and/or animals than Keri has the ability and political power to stop the law.

Though Keri is loyal to Sirei, occasionally she finds her job to be wearisome and exhausting. She has spent lifetime after lifetime caring for the planet, but has had little time for herself. One day she would like to be done protecting the planet. One day she would like to live a normal life. Simple. Carefree.

Keri purposefully makes herself too busy to worry or care about a family. In no life has she ever been married nor has she ever had a child. Keri refuses to think of such things. To do so has only ever caused her sadness and despair.

When the planet runs low on power, the guardian leaves her planet in the care of her fellow guardians Jade and Drake. She searches out dying stars that have no life in their system. Once one is found she takes the energy, the essence, of the star into herself and transfer it back to her planet. The energy is then placed in Drake's device and power levels are restored (see attacks/power below on how exactly this works).

The guardians/Sailor Scouts of the stars whose energy Sirei would like to take are given two options. One: They can return to the galaxy cauldron or Two: they can become one with Sirei's power and help protect the planet Sirei.

Henshin Item and Description: Sirian Charm: gold sun/star with a blue and green planet in the lower right corner and the run Othala.
Henshin Phrase: No phrase
Henshin Description: Keri grabs the Sirian charm with her right hand and projects the image of herself as Guardian Sirei into the charm with her mind. The charm glows black and yellow and shoots a bright light at Keri. Her clothes melt off of her as the light wraps around her body where it turns into her uniform.

Weapon and Description: (if any)
Six foot staff that is tungsten, on the top is a giant sun where the rays on one side are slightly longer the the rays on the other side with a planet sitting slightly off center in the middle of the sun.

Attack Names and Descriptions:

*Planet's Rejoice: This power is used to take the energy from dying stars. Sirei places her hands in front of her chest and focuses her mind on the the space between them. She calls for the guardian of the star and asks permission to take the star's energy. If the star's guardian agrees, Sirei's pure heart crystal forms between her hands and she joins it with the heart crystal of the star's guardian. The star's guardian fades away and the energy of the star flows to Sirei and fills her heart. When all of the energy is contained in the heart crystal, Sirei transports to her planet's core. With her will the energy leaves the heart crystal and enters Drake's Device to recharge the planet.

If the star guardian does not agree to become one with Sirei, then Guardian Sirei accepts the star guardian's decision and leaves her to her fate. The star will soon die, as it normally would, and the star guardian would return to the galaxy cauldron.

-Sirei does not like to be called a Sailor Scout. Guardians came before Sailor Scouts. (Read [sus-.deviantart.com/art/To-gat… for that part of the story). A guardian's job once was to protect the planet from harm, not the people. Guardians protect the planets FROM the people, preventing the planet from becoming polluted and destroyed by human/biped products and thoughts. Once they changed their name to Sailor Scouts and started helping one another the focus changed from the planet to the people.

-By 'Pure' energy, I mean energy in its most basic form. Energy itself can't be considered bad/good as it can't think for itself.
