Bio:

Neo grew up being raised as a fighter and to fight for his land and nothing else. All Neo ever was is just a guard. One day however, he met the illusive firuko, Kasumi, who came from a long lost species of firuko who specialize in magic and justus. Neo, immersed by Kasumi, developed feelings for her and decided to give up his passion to go live with her. However, this upset his ruler, who ruled with an iron fist, and decided to hunt after Kasumi. This angered Neo and he ultimately decided to make him his mortal enemy. Neo engaged with a fight with him, however, he lost and was thrown into a bottomless pit. Kasumi later found Neo in the pit and helped him escape and tends to his wounds. After that, Neo and Kasumi decided to make a life together and even to go as far to marry. She was even kind enough to make a suit that reflected Neo's muscular body to protect him from harm.

Time passes and it seems like Neo finally is ready to take it to the next level with Kasumi, however, she mysteriously disappeared and he soon found out that she was taken hostage by the ruler from where Neo used to be. Angered and saddened, this awakened his lightning powers and he ultimately decided to dedicate his life to saving Kasumi, no matter what.

Neo possesses Wind powers that help him increase his blows and withstand the hearty blows of blunt objected and various stuff, thanks to his armor made of materials Kasumi made from magic. He also has lightning that he can use to strike harder and increase his blows ever harder. However, it only works when Neo has self control and it can be hard to do so with his constant seriousness
