Adding tunnel like this is actually really useful, makes it easier to draw characters who are further/far away, as in if they're simply further, or are running away or towards the screen. You most likely already knew that, just found it surprising since i almost never draw tunnel-like lines as seen in this picture, let alone use it for perspective pictures.
Either way good job, sometime if you feel like it, try and make a character look upwards, where the perspective would be different.
To make it easier to understand, try lifting your chin and looking upwards, it's tricky and annoying i'm sure, but it'd be something new to try and work on.
