This looks much closer from up close. It's hard to get over that front arm, though. It looks unnatural in a way, and that reduces the cuteness factor by one. The face is adorable, though.

The "shoulder joint" should rather be aligned with the middle of the mouth rather than the front corner, while the "elbow" could be slightly bent. That would make it look more balanced and anatomically more plausible.
