Description
So after watching the final episode of MLP: FIM, I just had to make this. I feel like if KG hadn't stopped abruptly, the story could've ended in some in kind of emotional way, with everyone going their own way.Five brave individuals were sent on a mission to invade Pekopon. They were determined to win. However, major setbacks delayed their mission. And their relationship with the inhabitants were intense. After their last failed plan, the platoon leader Keroro had enough and decided to put an end to it. His friendship with his Pekoponian partner Fuyuki, had changed his overall personality. Keroro no longer wanted to suffer failure. He and his other platoon members agreed to stop the operation. Corporal Giroro at first hesitated but eventually accepted the deal. They packed everything they had in their base. They said their last goodbyes to their Pekoponian friends and set off towards home.
When they arrived at Keron, the supreme commanders were wondering as to why they stopped the invasion. Keroro then told them that he and the platoon had enough dealing with failure. The commanders discussed the problem and decided to disband the platoon. They realized how harsh the conditions were and understood the fear in the Pekoponians. Since then, Keron changed its ways.
For ten years the five keronians achieved their goals.
Keroro is now a Surpreme Commander. His changed personality made him braver, smarter, and stronger; just like his father. He sets missions for new platoons to either invade, assist, or explore. He is also married to Pururu; who is the Keron army's surgeon general. They have 3 children. On rare occasions, he visits Pekopon to see his closest friend Fuyuki who is now a grown man.
Tamama is now a grown adult. Once a Private second class, he is now a sergeant. He still craves sweets but it decreased. He also still struggles with jealousy. He still looks up to Keroro as a role model. He is also the boyfriend of Karara.
Giroro still struggled both physically and mentally, but eventually made it to be a General. He got over his crush on Natsumi Hinata. From time to time he still thinks about her as one of his closest friends. His older brother Garuru became a supreme commander.
Kururu became one of Keron's top scientists. He has the capability to come up ideas for ships and other Keron Army needs. His sinister personality still lurks within the back of his mind.
Dororo continued to bring peace and justice to other planets in need. He showed the assassin corps his full potential and were impressed. This earned him the master assassin rank. He currently teaches younger students the ways of an assassin. He is also no longer forgotten by everyone.
This photo was taken during the Keron Army Parade, which also happened to be the 28th anniversary of the Keroro Platoon's departure to Pekopon. The five keronians decided to band together one last time. And maybe have one final adventure...

What’s more sad is that we never get to see something like this happen in the actual anime.
It ended so abruptly

This is exactly how I pictured the show ending had it ended properly also (Seriously why did it end so abruptly?). It would have even been cool to see what happened to Natsumi, Fuyuki and all the humans too. This is so great. Keroro even happens to look like his dad in this drawing a bit. Seeing Tamama grown up also pulls at my heart strings he's always been my favorite from day 1 and I consider him a spirit animal lol. It's also cool how you put 10 years later because I first found Keroro Gunso about 10 years ago also. (Just something cute and personal I should add) Good job on this! ^_^

Why thank you my friend. :>
And yeah I can imagine the show ending the same way FIM did (though KG came first obviously lol) I absolutely have no clue why it ended so abruptly. I couldn’t find anything as to why.
I feel like in the end they don’t conquer Pekopon because they feel bad about the people. Especially those who became their close friends. And due to their plans always going haywire, they finally decide to just quit altogether.
I made Keroro look like his father because I think he said he wanted to be like him.
And to be honest, I hope Yoshizaki brings this anime from where it left off and not that awful flash series. Though I'm not sure if he wants to. It's been nearly 10 years since the last episode. If the series does continue, the fandom would explode again, possibly making it much more bigger. Plus the fanart would be more frequent.

Well put. ^_^ Yeah, I really wasn't a fan of the flash series either didn't care for the art style of it or the two new characters and it just made me wonder why they didn't just make a movie ending the series instead and giving someone a spin off series or something instead, or continue with a new platoon of Keronians. Something along those lines. They were almost seemingly doing that by adding the two new characters (I can't remember their names) But they didn't quite do that.
