Since this is probably one of the biggest projects I've ever worked on I'll be uploading more WIP shots
I've finished attaching all the armor and wires to the suit. Still left with printing out and putting on the labels. The HF blade is done but I still need to finish the combat knife as well as the kunai. Also cut and styled my wig and did a test. Though I apologize for the lack of makeup and contact lenses in the pic. I promise it will look much better when it is all done up properly. Visor needs to be attached and I have to make the holster as well as one of the artificial spines he rips out of his enemies when he slices them open.
Progress is going well! Should be able to get this baby going before the game's release next month!

Wow. No really, this is awesome. I'm considering making a Raiden cosplay for Anime Central this year (2 or so months away). Was wondering if you could suggest anything helpful (materials, construction tips, time taken, etc.)? I'd greatly appreciate any guidance on this project.

That suit is...WOW. How do you even put it on?
But the jaw is most amazing piece, in my opinion. If you don't mind me asking, what is made of and how does it stay on?

there's a zipper in the back. the 'spine' piece is removable and attached with velcro. The jaw is a latex prosthetic i sculpted and is adhered to my face with prosthetic adhesive
