Personality: Cheerful, energetic and slightly reckless around friends/dragons she knows, calm and cautious with a cold edge to strangers. She knows lots of things from studying other dragons and tribes for years.
Backstory:: Her RainWing mother and IceWing father met when Raspberry’s mother, Hibiscus, was lost at the edge of the Ice Kingdom, cold, shivering and hungry. Raspberry’s father, Snowridge, son to the queen, found her and helped her get better. They both fell for each other, but Hibiscus never wanted eggs, and left them both in the Ice Kingdom when she went back to the Rainforest. Luckily Snowridge found them, feeling betrayed and lost, and took them back to the Ice Palace, hiding them from everyone but his sister, Bunting (A type of snowbird). Raspberry hatched first, and was named by Bunting for the raspberry color of her scales. Raspberry can make her scales lighter and darker, but can’t change their color completely. Raspberry’s brother, Blueberry, froze to death a day after he hatched. Snowridge thought it was because he was more RainWing than IceWing, unable to survive the subzero temperatures. The days after that were gloomy and sad. When Raspberry was 4, she was introduced to the strict IceWing manners, rules and politics, she found it a bit confusing. Queen Blizzard had officially announced Raspberry as a part of the tribe, but she still felt sorta out of place. One day she paled her scales to a pale pink with slightly darker markings, flattened her ruff, and tried to act like one of the IceWings in the palace. Her first days were hard and cold, but Raspberry slowly got used to it, though she did not understand it more. She slowly became friends with one of the IceWing dragonets around her age, Niveus. They got closer over a few years, and Raspberry slowly fel for him. She thought he felt the same way, so she asked him out. He said yes, to her delight, and they started a relationship. But a few weeks later, Niveus found out Raspberry was half RainWing, and broke up with her. She asked, heartbroken, to be just friends again, but he shunned her and barely spoke to her again. Then he exposed Raspberry's half-tribeness and she was bullied, mocked and whispered about. She even heard Niveus spreading rumors and laughing at her with his friends. Full of rage and despair, Raspberry flew off and settled in the land between the rainforest and Ice Kingdom. Bunting and Snowridge begged her to come back, but she refused and after a few days, they gave in. They still visit her small house on the beach. She knows Jerboa, the animus who lives close by, and she respects the other dragon's privacy, though they share words once in a while. Raspberry has learned to be more cautious, and the incident with Niveus still affects her, though she never lets anyone know.
