Your eyes and nose look really beautiful here. I also like the pose, you look quite comfortable and like you're comforting yourself at the same time. You have a very nice angle on the head which makes it interesting and not flat. I also like how you capture your eyes. The iris is almost touching but not quite touching the lower lid, it's quite pretty. Beautiful shot.
