Here I am, sitting around in my bathing suit and eating a popsicle! Why was I in my bathing suit? I’m not sure. I wasn’t swimming or anything, just taking the picture. That green color was the same color as the popsicle though, so even though I didn’t choose a photo where you can tell, it’s the little details that count.

It’s very important to me, when I take photos, that the little details are there, just in case. Whether or not you see both the green popsicle and the matching bathing suit in the same shot aren’t important to me, but it matters that they’re both actually there, just in case.

That’s not what I want to talk about, though. I thought this was a good time to discuss the Huge Rack Problem.

You may or may not have noticed that I do, in fact, have a Huge Rack. Part of it comes with the package of being a curvy lady, but they’re actually pretty big anyway. I often enjoy the power they give me but most of the time they can be pretty goddamn obnoxious. And don’t get me wrong--despite my complaints I am not unhappy with them. And I sympathize with the other end of the spectrum as well. The point is that the world caters to the girls in between. Those of us with gigantic tits or with nothing at all really get stiffed by all these lingerie companies.

You must realize that when it comes to bras, no one ever makes cute ones in large sizes. Most places stay in an A-C range, A-D if you’re lucky, and then there’s the occasional DD or DDD which they throw in like a fucking joke, because places who tack some on don’t even make good bras. You can’t just change the size of a regular bra and expect it to work. Once you’re up to a DD it needs extra structure and support.

I buy all my bras online. It can be obnoxious because I’d prefer to try them on first, but it’s okay. There isn’t much of an alternative.

And same goes for shirts and bathing suits. I’m no in denial about my size or anything like that, but it’s seriously frustrating when a shirt fits everywhere except over my chest. Button ups? Forget it. And built in shelves are the worst. The worst! If I put the shelf where it’s supposed to be I’m spilling out, and I don’t, you can see the seam popping out and it just looks stupid.

I said all of that to bring me back to the point about this bathing suit. It’s a tankini. I bought it on clearance at the end of last summer for two dollars. TWO DOLLARS! So awesome. The problem is that for the top to fit, without my tits being all over the place and totally unacceptable to wear in public, I had to buy a 3x. But you know what? I’m not a goddamn 3x. So the bottom doesn’t even stay up when I put it on!! I have to alter it. I never got around to it last year cause by the time I bought it, it was the end of the season and I wasn’t going to be swimming again. I’ll have to do that soon. I’m sure you’ll see it at some point in its full glory. It’s such an awesome bathing suit.

But it’s just my point, you know? It doesn’t suck to have huge tits, but the expectations of us are out of control. It’s like most of the fitting clothes or bras you’ll find are meant for dumb bitches with implants or something. And these fake-ass tits don’t need the support the way the real ones do. I couldn’t wear most of that shit. It’s just crazy.
