You sure have some balls of steel to stick around higher then NG+, to me it already felt hardmode in NG+, higher would be like dieing from a swamp mosquito when he just spits you with blood.

the only real difference that i've noticed is that, unsurprisingly, when they hit you, it hits harder and they're got a lot more health on all of the NG+'s.  (as if you didn't already know that...  I are derp.)  
so, my solution to that is to get a %100 damage block shield, and NEVER let them hit you!  
the game still plays the same, and it's just as fun, but the higher up you go, the more caution you need to exercise.  once you get that down, you won't even notice the difference. 


accept when it takes half an hour to kill the gaping dragon because his health has been multiplied by 7.

Aye im aware of the block when needed and dodge roll when needed, its only problematic when you maintain steady damage output wich is a problem, if you dont kill the thing fast enough you will be prone to make mistakes and we know how well that goes in Dark Souls.
