Tribute to Jurassic parks and Rod's Ankylorandon.Just some practice with prismacolor premier and verithin pencils. My scanner killed a lot of its color.
Sorry for not uploading stuff, ive been busy with other stuff. But I hope to do more stuff soon. later.

This is a gorgeous piece!! The colors, shading and color use are absolutely top notch, and the simple style of it being a just a head-shot make it just an elegant piece. Honestly the colored pencil use and subtle blending and smooth transitions between colors make it look extremely realistic, and gives it a real lifelike appearance. In my humble opinion a little bit more in the way of highlights and lowlights would give the piece that added bit of realism, but the picture still is a wonderful piece. Your color choices to create the different shades and patterns was excellent and the smooth, subtle blending make this a real treat to look at.

The paper was really smooth, so it didn't require much effort. And I used a colorless blender.

I remember this guy! I got him along with the Dienonychus/ Parasaurolophus and the velociraptor/archeaptoryx for Christmas one year. Looks pretty damn awesome, nice work ^^
