Ok I'm soooooo sorry I havent uploaded anything recently. I dont know..I've been feeling like crap. But not much now.Ok, so Kraid was supposed to be in MP1 but was cut because of time. It was not in fact replaced by Omega Pirate. So in my version of Kraid he would be guarding the Screw Attack and a choce artifact(hence the helmet glyphs)
The "generators/engine" thingys on its side produce energy or something that when it shoots its spikes they would spin like screw attacks. Oh yea, It was revived like Ridley so I had to add some mecha parts. The helmet looked awesome on the game model so i left it.
So yea, enjoy this while i finish other stuff, you see Im practicing painting and speedpainting(style) but its freakin hard and my hand cramps after like 3hrs on. So i take a bunch of breaks. But I have a digital painting coming soon. And I dont know if i'll be doing more Metroid redesigns.

The idea in itself is very interesting. Though I think you could've implemented more to it. It's a pretty nice start though.

Hmmmmmm.....If you've ever watched that Metroid:The Other M trailer where Samus is fighting that giant purple thing,and the way she beats up on that thing I think they might throw Kraid in there.That way Samus can fight him the way it was always meant to be.So awesome job on this,it makes me wonder why they haven't introduced Meta Kraid yet.

I was sad to learn from the Metroid Wiki that Meta Kraid was supposed to make an appearance but didn't...but darn if this doesn't look incredibly awesome.

yea...If they he eventually appears in a game, I want it to be one of Retro Studios Metroid games. The make everything realistic.
