The Negotiator of Sector 7 and one of the big boys of the secret organization.

Fowler and Sector 7 discovered a ship called the "Ark" where it contained dozens of surviving cybertronians called the "Autobots". There, Fowler would discover that the Autobots fled their homeworld, "cybertron" after a war that led their home into ruin. And now The warmongering decepticons are coming and so Sector 7 and the Autobots join each other for the coming war. And so they formed a Co-alliance group called NEST to one day combat the Decepticons.

Fowler is the one that keeps both Autobots and humans in check, ensuring they havea positive relationship. He is the one that enables Sam and Sari into the sector 7 for as long as they keep everything secretive.

Fowler and Isaac have a disdain for each other for reasons that are still a secret. It is up for Sam and Sari to discover that themselves.
