This is nice but my eyes are stuck to this black, uniform triangle just near her right eye. Maybe you should do something about it.

Yeah, I know, but considering the lighting conditions I jut feel like it shouldn't be that dark and uniform, maybe adding few hair details would help. But that's just my two cents and you may disagree.
