Something I've been meaning to get to for A LONG TIME. I was actually ready to post a version of this last weekend but at the last second I scrapped the whole thing and started from scratch. Sure glad I did because this one came out A LOT better than the last one. Anyhow, here is a reference for everyone's favorite anthropomorphic mawile, Cecily. I'll get around to doing the others eventually XD.

Description:
Intelligent, independent, and self-made, Cecily is used to a high qualify of life. Her vast fortune allows her to enjoy a feeling of "societal better-ness", which has made her plenty of enemies. No one is really quite sure exactly how she made her fortune, never revealing her methods even to her upper class associates, but she uses her wealth to whatever her heart's desire is, and it's not all sunshine and rainbows in that devious mind of hers. Manipulative as she is, she absolutely detests being "defeated" in any way, especially by those below her "class". Impatience often gets the better of her, and she is easily irritated by the "incompetence" of some of her peers. As a Mawile, she's also quite short, and very self-conscious about it. She frequently clashes with her long-time rival, Maria. Her closest friend is Eliza.

Weaknesses: Short, volatile temper
Dislikes: Pickles, being barefoot, Maria.
