(A game franchise that started on the gamecube has since far
as I can tell mainly gone portable)
Tom Nook is a raccoon/Tanuki and a character in Animal Crossing,
I havent played in years so his role is a tad forgotten, look up
the series 'Animal Crossing' in a wiki article for a simple but good idea if it helps ^^
