I got a free copy of this book when I met the author at a small business conference back in January.It's actually really good, but a lot of the written exercises are very death centric. I think the idea is to scare you into not wasting a moment of your life.

I got a self-help book in the mail. Dunno who sent it or why.
I'm not a motivated person, sometimes I need a fire lit under my ass, but the thing is, I do have goals, and am usually determined once I actually GET motivated.
I'm stubborn as a mule, what I need is inspiration, as well as an ability to keep a schedule.

I did a few comics about books like that back when I was working at the bookstore, though mine were decidedly darker and angrier.

I was forced to read that book by people who thought my life was not fulfilling. Silly people, I am fulfilled. I draw comics, have a family that likes me, and I can cook! I am complete.
