Ok, I just finished looking at all of them... I think this one is my favorite for execution alone. This just fits the aesthetic of the movie way better than any of the others and it looks great individually. If you can convince me this one has the best story, then in my mind this could be the best from the challenge.

I'm usually not a fan of "shell-boobs" but I don't mind them much here. They don't seen like a very prominent part of her design.
You also clearly have a good handle on the movie's art direction which is adds a lot to the character and concept. Great work!

I thought it was unique at first, but I went through the rest of the gallery and noticed there was another female turtle with blade fans, oh well.
