I love how Hal's uniform doesn't have "true" blacks, due to the green tint. It's not often you see that, most just draw a green outline around him.

Wasn't sure how to approach Hal's glow-Mahmud drew the outer line of his energy "shield I figured it covered his whole body-again, wasn't sure how to approach it-1st time ever coloring a Green Lantern

I can't call myself an inker-'coz to me an inker will use pens (crowquill,kohinoor), brushes and india inks to finish the penciler's art-I use photoshop to add blacks to the appropriate lines and spots marked by the penciler-and it's a tedious process using the lasso tool to select the lines to fill with a default black-if that explains it
