Description
I've been recently introduced to Bleedman's work and as an homage I've made this piece of fan art.
It's bleedman's "original" powerpuff girl called Bell in the uniforms the PowerPuff Girls wear in the Doujinshi.

I normally use Corel Photopaint 8, but I decided to test out Adobe Photoshop 7 and eventually came up with a scheme that
uses the best of both programs. I'm still not very good with either program.
