Description anyone know how to get rid of those annoying blotches in flash when using a tablet?

the animation isn't much yet, not even sure what the character's gonna look like eventually...

and yes, I'll request critiques for every animation I'll post, live with it XD

Happens to mine too when i raised the tablet tip, the nib sometimes made those blotches there. Hard to control pressure sensitivity.

Try using a smaller sized px ink on the paintbrush toolbar *smaller circle ones* this makes easier to freehand ink-lines

Hmmm. I'm not entirely sure how the tablet is making those blobs. One way that they happen is if you use a larger brush size, and draw a very short line. But otherwise I have no idea.

If you switch to the regular selection tool, you can bend the edges of a brush tool line to make it smaller or larger by clicking and dragging on the outside of the line.

ah... yeah I never have pressure sensitivity on. I've had Flash for 3 years and a tablet for only 6 months. I think pressure sensitivity would kill me.

Just a guess--I haven't used Flash--but might you be momentarily holding the pen in one spot? For example, you draw a line and hesitate at the end before lifting the pen from the tablet. That could cause the same effect as resting a felt-tip pen on paper. The ink just keeps leaking out.

Your pen sensitivity setting could also be a little too sensitive, causing it to react to pressure you aren't realizing you're applying.
