A design for SubtleNightmare . I am somewhat late, very sorry about that.

1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
I have no complaints.

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
So, the promt listed a fluffy dragon with bear elements to it or any other polar animal. I tried going with dragon/bear thing, but I think that horns made it more mountain ram alike
I went with a bear anthro at first, and pondered for a while how to show the dragonesque part. Usually I'd go with scales and spikes, but the promt mentioned fluff a number of times, so it wasn't an option. So I gave it a long tail, however, the creature still looked like just a bear with a long tail. Therefore, I've added horns, referencing from mountain rams, and played with ears, making them longer and sharper, to hint on a dragon nature.
That looked... both OK, and terribly wrong, since the combination of ears and horns made him more hoofed then I expected, but it looked much better then the variant without them.
Now, as for the clothes and accessories, the promter wanted something gothic, but never quite mentioned what specific gothic sub-style they wanted. So I just went ad dressed him in one of my outfits, making him more of a conservative one. Because of the clothes, it's hard to show the fluff I imagined on his chest and neck, but a hint is given via it puffing from the collar.
Also, there's an ace flag variant of the clothes. I like the black one more, but if SubtleNightmare prefers the one with more white and purple, so be it.
