Wow, really intense drawing. The black splatters were a good idea. Is it blood? >_> lol
One thing I have as a critique is to shorten his head a bit. It looks kind of bulbous near the top, which in turn makes his jaw and chin look small and thin.
Other than that, really great job with the colours and shading. The shading is really good. O.O

Face is a bit thin but it works wonderfully with this style. The high contrast od the inks and the negative space draw the eyes to, well, his eyes. ^^ I love the drip and splatter as well as the subtle shading on the costume. Overall, time well spent.
