by neglect
washed away like a love letter
you meant to keep
but left out in the rain
we all meant well
as did all the doctors
who ever looked into grieving mothers' eyes
and knew they could have done more
but didn't
and bury forever the fear and neglect
in holes of your own making
the graves of the careless are many
and though I believe in ressurection
some things are best left dead..."

Very sad Kevin, heartwrenching poem. I'm sorry This is always a tough cup to drink from. You wrote once to me"we do what we can for what we can do it for" maybe she did what she could or just wished she had the strength. I don't know the story. Three really are'nt any new ones. Just alot of new characters. Check this book out if you feel you need to..if you're in pain...it'a quick read and changed the entire couse of my life after losing someome dear to me when I was 21:Life After Life byDr. Raymond Moody. Follow it up with :Embraced by the Light by Betty J Eadie.At the very least these reads will give you pause. At the very least. Good luck my friend.

You are very lucky to have access to some great and wonderful models and performing actors. You have managed to capture their passion and emotions well, and they have done a great job at expressing them.

I completely see the connection, quite possibly because I know that look has been in my eyes, you could have written the poem about me. Beautiful beautiful job. Don't know which I like better, the words or the picture.

Her eyes are so deep and beautiful. I love the grainy look of this photo. Nice.
And I think the poem is amazing. Very well written, very deep and full of emotion. It definitly succeeds in triggering a feeling.
