I love how this piece may seem simplistic and straightforward at first glance, but if closely examined, it is anything but. The way you captured the subject is so intimate. Trying to convince the subject of something she may already know, but doesnβt really believe. Her visage is so pure and innocent, almost childlike. And that is what makes this piece real, heartfelt, authentic and ultimately so beautiful.
