Description
From one of my last days there.After my friends had moved on to other adventures and I was left with just the city for a companion.
It was a day of rain.

I dunno, personally I don't like the reflection of the lamp. I think the lamp takes away from the Impact of the lonely rain drenched street as your friend walks away and doesn't really add to to the atmosphere.

the idea is nice and the composite is good and the colors are great!
one tiny little problem..... the reflections (the whole concept) are stuck! they are too bright to be reflections and they don't even look like water...
puddels cannot be so clear and cannot be so bright in that surrondings and besides puddels don't disappear at the edges they weld into the floor so they look as a part of it and the reflections are a bit see through...

Hmmm. Interesting. It's a completely unretouched shot...so I guess they can be... (not everything on DA is compositied in photoshop)
I'll look at it again, maybe sit with it awhile and see if I want to adjust anything....thanks for that tho... food for thought.

I'm not quite sure what you think needs fixed.... This IS the photo. That IS the way the puddles were. It's totally fine that you don't like it, that's cool. Can't expect everyone to like everything.... Except that I think your reading of it is being informed by the first notion that it was constructed in photoshop... look at it again as a straight photo. If you still hate it.... well, ok....
I just know that I'm not going to go in with photoshop and start adding textures under the water or moving the puddles or whatnot. Quite frankly I think PS is beginning to breed a generation of lazy photographers who think they'll just shoot whatever and construct it later....(that's just a general comment and not directed at anyone specifically...)

I think I would be more than happy to spend a couple of days walking in Prague along with my Camera - It's such a fantastic city
