This is one of my personal favorite scenes in comics, and I've been trying to do a pic like this for a while, but, for one, I suck at drawing women, and 2, I just found it hard to ever do it justice. But I finally decided to throw my over analyzing thoughts out the window and just do it. Hope it turned out ok. Thanks.Related content

It looks great to me. The shading and proportions are great and you really get the feeling that she IS dead. Aside from all that, the hair is amazing. I've got A LONG, LONG way before I get any where near that good...same goes for the rest of the drawing too. Lol. Fav'd.

n i also have a spiderman sard that has spidey holdin gwen n shoutin in the sky it looks pretty sweet. ( i didn't know who gwen was before i read the back of the card)

yeah, lots of people don't really know who she is unless the were reading spidey back in the 70's or are really frequent readers today. But when I read the story where she dies (after reading all the issues before hand) I fell in love with it.

doesn't the green goblin kill gwen, cause if he did then it wouldn't sweet if they put it in the first movie and it would makes things alott more intense

yep he takes her to the brooklin bridge and knocks her off. Spidey catches her but the sudden grab snaps her neck and she dies. (It's kinda ambiguous how she actually died, but that's what I get from it)
I wish they did have that as the first movie, that would have been soooo kick ass.

wow dieng cause of spidey is really shocking n it must have been really traumatising for spidey n also it seems kinda wierd tho i mmean doesn spidey save many ppl from falling from highplace, they always live.

yeah, that's why it was so huge. He's saved tons of people, but he slips up once and the woman he loves dies. heh, very traumatizing.
