Page 5 of my Superboy comic.Lex Luthor makes his move.
Models are Daz Studio's Genesis (Lana and Kristy) and Michael 4 (Luthor).

You crossed the line in panel 2.
What am I talking about? Imagine a line drawn through your two main characters, the camera on one side of the line. If the camera stays on that side of the line, the characters stay in the same relationship to each other: redhead on the left, brunette on the right. It's a rule for cinema, television, animation and sequential art such as three dimensional comic strips. Following the rule keeps your viewers clear on who's who.
You might also want to use another pose for the brunette from time to time: she has her weight on the same leg the whole time.

Crossing the line (aka the 180 degree rule [link] ) is actually the larger issue. Why? "This kind of change is very disconcerting to an audience and, at least momentarily, takes them out of the story as they attempt to reestablish their understanding of where everyone is located. You want to avoid anything that takes your audience out of the emotion of the scene." [link]
There are reasons to break the rule, but your scene, a straightforward conversation between two characters interrupted by a third character, has none of these reasons. At this stage in your artistic development, you should try to avoid falling into bad habits
