Adam West and Christopher Reeve were Batman and Superman for my generation.
When I was a kid I watched re-runs of the Batman TV Series every day and I loved it. Batman was not a dark and obsessed avenger back them, he was a fun adventurer who always found a way to win the day with his outrageous bat-gadgets and the help of his friends.
And Superman... For me Reeve will always be my Superman, a hero who smiled and made us smile. A kind hero, who was always trying to protect people. And Reeve himself was a inspiration for many people for the way he faced adversity after his accident.
It was a very different time and we had very different heroes, but this two actors gave life to my childhood heroes and became themselves part of the legend too. So this is my humble tribute to two of my childhood heroes, Adam West and Christopher Reeve, our Superfriends.
