The surgeon found a girl named Astrid, who looked nothing like this, but then showed up to the game in a costume. She might like this game, although she might be surprised at what the surgeon's equivalence of "beauty" is.
The red and yellow stars mark the starting position and checkpoints.
(In case you were wondering, she is based off of Pyrrha from RWBY)
