Very nice. I like the grain and think that it adds to the emotional effect of the photograph, It's very "old skool" in my opinion.
Lens flare is a bit too much, a nice touch but, a bit too big i think so simply changing it to a smaller one, just big enough to define the hot sun and glare but not enough to interfer with the subject in the image.

i like this picture, they way it's composed, its grainyness (well, noise, i guess), the white hot sun light on the left... and the pose is intriguing.
that photoshopped lens flare looks too much out of place, it really turns me down...

i think the graniness is cool. it makes it look like a classic b/w film photograph. the only thing i think could be improved is to turn it completely b/w so the lens flare fits the photo.
