Description
I'm finally calling it done! Why is it so plain and rather simple? Well, there is a lot of info on here, but also the file has gotten so big that I don't think I can really add anything else to it. There was a bit more I might have added but the cursor was getting too slow. Please zoom in as much as possible to read the text. I will also add descriptions for the outfits here:

Autopsy: Not really an autopsy but similar I suppose. This is how he looked at the end of his (untimely) death of course.

Formal: A lot of the info for this outfit is on the sheet. Please read it. This outfit is NOT something headwear when he was alive so it isn't really real now is it? Still canon.

Pajamas / Casual: Definitely a canon outfit. In fact this is what he wore the majority of his time at the institution. He therefore DEFINITELY wore this when he was alive. It's the outfit he wore when he died. Not the long socks or gloves but he did have crew socks with arch support on.

Business Casual:Is he too casual? He doesn't care either way. Another outfit he never wore when alive.

Cleaner: Definitely one he wore when alive. This was his first outfit other than the pajamas. Really it was a uniform for his line of work but still... the first thing he wore other than his pajamas.

Broadcaster:The last thing he wore outside of the pajamas. This was what he wore when he was no longer a 'cleaner' after an embarrassment of a situation the institution needed to remedy. So while he was no longer allowed that work, he was allowed to be their broadcaster and work in the small lonely radio station. This line of work is where he got the nickname Broadcaster! He was very good at this job. Which seems impossible considering he was uncommunicative. What did he broadcast?

He can interact with the material world and even materialize himself, however, he would rather posses a prefabricated form (like a mannequin or hide in an electronic)

Background:
Broadcaster lost his home at a fairly young age. Small and timid as a child, he was unable to do anything when his home and mother were taken from him. He had lived with his birth mother and a man. His mother always seemed distant in everything except the things regarding Broadcaster and always did her best to make him happy. She did such even on days when she was upset for reasons he did not know and still elude him. It was Halloween night when his first life was taken away from him.

After he lost his home and was rediscovered later (due to rumors regarding an otherworld child), he was again inaccurately incorporated into the "Desmid" project. This was a project where a DNA sample was being used for clones and experimentation. The sample was extracted from a well preserved extremely educated individual whom was a multi-agent (yet still highly valued to all he serviced). These "Desmids" (including Broadcaster) were subject to various experiments; some environmental, some genetic, and some both. His previous "father figure" was, in fact, an older Desmid from earlier trials.

Since he had been essentially feral for quite some time, Broadcaster began his new life as a Desmid in sessions to readjust him to people and to hopefully relieve him of his uncommunicative nature. While he eventually did learn many languages, he refused to talk except to those he felt he could trust (during times he wouldn't be overheard). Until he had become a teenager, he was occasionally assigned to clean the outside of the (fenced) facility, where he was able to learn many things about his life and where he even met his first friend (whom he could not keep).

From his teen years and sometime into his 20s, Broadcaster diligently worked. (There wasn't much else he could do). Due to a lack of funding, the Desmid project fell under and they removed Broadcaster from his work to send him to a facility with others where he was told he'd live out the rest of his life. He was completely secluded from the others as his "dreams" of the DNA "volunteer" only increased in frequency and showed him the life they had lived.

While he was being cleared to continue working with the institute and perhaps live his own life, he was quickly taken from such possibilities. The night before receiving his autonomy, Broadcaster was whisked into a soundproof room and tortured to death. He was never buried and never had a funeral. "The actual 'Desmid' had died and been buried many, many years ago". His body was cast aside and forgotten.

Broadcaster haunts places familiar to him. Forests, abandoned buildings, facilities, technology, and lakes to name a few. Also included in his haunts is the true "Desmid's" grave and lonesome places/people. Broadcaster never admits to being a Desmid and never knew he was one until his "father" told him. Broadcaster continues denying the "fact" and ignores those who call him such. It is unknown whether he is dangerous and when asked if he has ever killed anyone, he will ignore you. He IS a poltergeist so weariness isn't uncalled for; it is very hard to tell if he actually is or isn't in your presence anyway.

PS: The Desmid institutions went completely missing only 13 days after Broadcaster's death. Not even the buildings are there and it is uncertain where the site was even located. However, in a few forests you can hear a few disconnected whispers and playful laughter while in other forests you hear crying. In either type, Broadcaster is rarely there. He stays near people and quietly watches from afar.

Some tidbits:
-He HATES jack-o-lanterns
-He has Indium colored eyes
-Topper is one of the few people he truly hates.
-He tragically has tasted very few foods/cuisine and has no clue how to cook normal food.
-His empathy and compassion are things he actively emulates
-Since he wouldn't talk when he was younger, he had voice therapy sessions. He actually has a nice range and is probably a tenor.
