It's been a while since I shared some more of the pieces of art that will be up for sale at Armageddon later this year. Yet again, Scanner = rape of the colours. My scanner really doesn't like gentle, light media...only marker or coloured pencil that I've ground up into the paper. X3Anyhow, I was going to do Sakura in her princess outfit from the second movie, but browsing through the millions of costumes she had, I found this cute lil' Chinese one she wears in a picture with Syaoran and throught it'd be more fun to do. Again - lookit, ma! No black inks!
To keep with the theme...I think I might put my Chinese Chop on the original to sell.

Gorgeous! I love the outfit you used, too; usually when I see a fanart of Sakura in a Chinese outfit it's the red one from the first movie, so this is a nice surprise. Beautiful coloring, too, and I love how you did her expression.

I try to go to both Armageddon's each year. :3 I'll be going to the Auckland one next month, and will try getting a booth at the Wellington one next year (or see if I can co-share a booth with someone). :3

But this is just so amazing! I love that bighappysmile Sakuras got, and her hair in the little buns are so adorable! I lovelove how everything is inklineless[asides from the eyes]. The clothings and colours are absolutely perfect for her <3 So soft and beautiful!

Awwww. I used to love Cardcaptors, but then it got really weird and dumb, but that might've been just me, or the dubbing evilness.
I wish I had as many cool outfits as her! D=

Oh, the dub of Card Captor Sakura (or Cardcaptors. -_- ) isseriously not worth your time. They chopped up episodes, changed plots around...heck they even cut and pasted two episodes together sometime. Though they do sell un-altered Japanese original eps on DVD, it'd be better to go for the actual manga by CLAMP. The second series of the books are very sweet and adorable.
