Birthday gift for my darling *Wennichelle !!Alt. Title: 'Bebe Elrics can get away with anything'. XP I mean, seriously, how could Trisha ever punish them if they did something bad?
They're both so adorable.(I used real crayon on the wall-crayon doodles. Lookit - that makes it authentic! Well...sorta...)
Usually my comics are drawn on several pages for space, then edited together once scanned in. But since this was a comic I wanted to send to Jen as a full (finished) image, I had to try and make it all fit on a single A4 sheet of paper...and I think it turned out okay in the end. But no crits on it, please - as this is a birthday gift.

This is sooooo cute!! I was just wondering...I know you colour in markers and inks, so how do you get the white lines on the hair and stuff?...Do you use a specific marker? Or do you do it really carefully and miss out the white bits you need??...

Nope! I use Gel pens (white ones) for the white highlights on everything. You can also use paint or white-out, but I find Gel pens are great because they're alot finer - and alot less messy.

What colour marker do you use for skin tone? I have prismas, if that helps you identify better.

Um...for this comic, I used two different Tria Markers that work well as skin tones. With PrismaColor - I find 'Brick Beige' works best for skin tones (of course, that's for white people...other ethnicities are another story. X3).

Awww... they look so cute in all the panels~! ... but Ed so evil in the last one XD Ahaha.. nice switch of expressions. I kind of like how the angle is in the 2nd.. it kind of gives me this storytelling feeling.
