Fact: I love the Bioshock games.More fact: I'm utterly terrified to the point that I can't play. ~Maddragon plays and I cheer her on.
Even MOAR fact: I contemplated putting in fishes or seafloor debris or even another part of Rapture in the window, but I wanted to try and keep things simple with this. I fear I might have gone too overboard for the first-time attempt, otherwise.

Terrifically creepy <3 you did a wonderful job on this whole piece. The creepy essence of the game is captured SO well here. I hope you do more Bioshock work, especially if you plan to include pieces of Rapture in the background. Absolutely wonderful work

This is awesome! I'm a big fan of the bioshock games... They've become the family game... Even my eight year old sister loves the games!

I've never played a shooter game of any kind, but the Bioshock games make me really, really want to. Finally, an FPS series that focuses on a complex story. And... I find the Little Sisters and Big Daddies really compelling. I felt pity for them until I watched part of a play-through of Bioshock 2 on YouTube - the section in which Delta is first walking underwater, and you pass by a window that permits you to see a Big Daddy frantically fighting off Splicers while his Little Sister cheers him on. Then I realized I was actually rooting for them, because they are the purest living things in a world that has gone completely insane.
This deviation is amazing.

I totally agree, BioShock 1 and 2 fascinate me, but it terrifies me to play it, which is fine considering I don't actually own it. I watch my boyfriend play it instead, and both of us scream and jump when things come up behind us. I actually haven't seen BioShock 2 in play, but I've seen trailers and some game play clips and it looks just as freaky, with the addition of the big sisters XD

I love the little sister. LOVE. The creepiness is part of their adorable charm. Like some others, I can't play the game, but that doesn't mean it's not awesome.

This is a great picture! It looks a lot like the sister actually does on the cover. (I think?) I haven't actually played the Bioshock games, but I want to, although I'm afraid to play like you. My friend has the games though, so I can try them at her house. Although they're scary, I take it they're fun? Another game I want to play that's coming out is Alan Wake, but I'm waaaay too scared to play it. Anyone else want to play it or have heard of it?

Bioshock is a lot more frightening than Bioshock 2. It may just be the fact that in Bioshock 2 your a bad ass Big Daddy. Or they may have made it less frightening in general.
Anyway, shouldn't she be holding one of those uh... Adam gathering machines?
Otherwise, I like it a lot. I want a Little Sister ._.

Oh, I found the first Bioshock more scary too. I think it's because you don't know what to expect for your first time in Rapture, not to mention you're not a Big Daddy in that game either. Playing as Delta is cool, but it does make you feel somewhat safer (even with the whole world out to get you).

I agree, that's probably it. I know if I was faced with a bunch of spliced up freaks, monstrous Big Daddies and such, I'd feel safer with a drill instead of a wrench. Which did you like better, first or second?

Yeah, I tried replaying the first to get the Audio Diaries and Tonics (Last two trophies I needed) but when I started playing, I couldn't get far before I just turned it off <<" It wasn't just the game, it was the fact that there was a bunch of crap to get.

Lesse... simply, you need wireless internet. Like you would get for a laptop. You can buy a router and plug it up to your modem/computer and get it, you can also search for nearby internet access points, but you'd be at the mercy of the owner of said router, who might turn it off and times or set up a password. If you have a PS3, you don't have to pay for a subscription. Yay Sony!

No, it's not actually a shop. It's a forum where people post news and deals that they find. Like, K-Mart currently has Final Fantasy XIII, Aliens VS Predator, Modern Warfare 2, and Darksiders for $30. Ends on Monday though :/ It's online and in-store. It's worth checking out, trust me. ^^
Unless you're using the Nintendo USB wi-fi, it'll work.
Just go into your PS3's Settings area, go all the way down to Network Settings, and you'll find Internet Connection Settings. From, there, I'm sure you can figure it out. If not, go to the PS3 website. ^^
